Cancellation policy

Low Season 2024 (november to march)

• No charge for cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival due date.
• Charge for late cancellations (from 7 to the day of the arrival): charge to the amount of the entire stay.
• Charge for no show: charge to the amount of the entire stay.

High Season 2024 (april to october)

• No charge for cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival due date.
• Charge for late cancellations (from 21 to the day of the arrival): charge to the amount of the entire stay.
• Charge for no show: charge to the amount of the entire stay.

General conditions and available services

Check-in: from 13:00 to 23:00
Check-out: from 07:00 up to 11:00
Animals: Not permitted
